I wanted to thank you and to point out how helpful Dave was yesterday with a question for a site I support (www.slimrr.com). While this wasn’t his area of expertise, he didn’t pass the buck. He found the right person, and then followed through with contacting me back directly.
This is an example I will be using in my Customer Service class at SLU. Customers base many of their business decisions on the people they deal with rather than the brands or product. As you know, there are many internet providers but to find one with consistent and excellent customer service develops loyalty and trust.
You and your staff are a great example of Customer Service and demonstrate the importance of approachability.
